BUILDING SPECIAL FEATURES.

The Enterprise Center goes beyond the normal standards of an office/commercial building. It values the tenants’ safety, security, and convenience, providing further services to ensure smooth building operations. 

The Tenant Assistance Service Kiosk (TASK) Desk is open 24 hours a day and is equipped with a computerized customer service system to immediately and efficiently handle any tenant and guests concerns.  It is the center for tenant service, communication and coordination.


DRIVERS LOUNGE
Drivers of tenants and visitors may wait at the air-conditioned Drivers Lounge, located at Tower 1 Basement 2.  Open from 7am to 7pm (Mondays to Fridays) and 7am to 12noon on Saturdays but closed on Sundays & Holidays, the lounge is equipped with a television.

MAIL ROOM
The mail room is located at Basement 2 beside the Security Office where tenants can conveniently get their post-office delivered mail from their own pigeon holes. It is open from Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 4pm but closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

SMOKING AREA
Makati is a non-smoking city as stated in City Ordinance No. 2002-090, the “Revised Anti-Smoking Ordinance of Makati”, which imposes a city-wide ban on smoking in all forms of public vehicles and in enclosed public places

Smoking areas have been defined for the convenience of tenants who smoke. The Garden Loft located at the 5th level of Tower 1 which is open on Mondays to Fridays from 6am to 10pm.

ART HALL
The Art Hall is a popular venue for paintings, sculptures, antiques, and photographic exhibits.  It is located at the Tower 2 Lobby Hallway on Level 3. Gallery hours are from 10AM to 6PM.

GARDEN LOFT/SKY GARDEN
The Garden Loft is an al fresco area located at the 5th level of Tower 1.  This oasis in the heart of the city is the perfect venue for relaxing, smoking, and chatting.

The Sky Garden, situated on the rooftop of Tower 2, is the perfect venue for launches, corporate events, weddings, and the like.

CARPARK
An internationally designed system of multiple entrances and exits speeds up arrival and departure from the spacious seven (7) level underground parking facilities.

These brightly lit and well ventilated facilities can accommodate over 1,200 vehicles. The carpark is open from 5AM to 12 midnight from Mondays to Saturdays.


BIKE STAND
For the convenience, safety and security of tenants who bring their bikes to work, bike stands are located at the Basement 1 parking area just at the back of the Drop Off staircase at Tower 2.
