The Enterprise Center Run-Up

90 Floors. 2,065 steps. 500 participants.

Be one of the first to join the country’s first ever building run-up entitled TREK the TEC 2010 on May 2, 2010, Sunday, at 7:00 am.

In the great tradition of the Empire State Building Run-up and Taipei 101 Tower Run, 500 participants will race up and down 90 floors of TEC, roughly equivalent to about 2,065 steps. Unlike typical road races or marathons, building run-ups provide a different technical challenge for racers. Deep concentration and excellent physical conditioning are required to navigate the stairways of the building. Through this event, The Enterprise Center affirms its commitment to providing its tenants and guests with a balanced, holistic life.

The Enterprise Center`s Electronic Directory

The Enterprise Center has always tried to give its tenants the latest in technological innovations. Because we believe that communicating with our tenants should be timely and consistent, we have installed the Electronic Directory powered by NTouch. Our building is the first to use this touch screen directory in the Philippines which will help customers and visitors find the information they need such as the locations of shops, restaurants, tenants’ locations and the nature of their business, building announcements, information, services and facilities, even vacant spaces. Now, information is just a touch away at The Enterprise Center.

The 11th Invitational Golf Tournament

Last The Enterprise Center held its 11th Invitational Golf Tournament at the Forest Hills Golf and Country Club last November 25, 2009. 86 players teamed up and teed off for the exciting prizes at stake. There were no winners for the Hole-in-One prizes but several lucky raffle winners went home with entertainment and home appliances. The ceremonial tee-off was led by Mr. Vince Formoso, KSA Realty Director and President of The Enterprise Center Condominium Corporation, Mr. Kinsun Ng, Financial Controller of Shang Properties, Mr. Reto Klauser Area General Manager of Shangri-La Hotels and Resort Philippines, Mr. Richard Van Dem Berg of ING, and Mr. Ivan Justiniano of Sunlife. Shang Properties’ President, Atty. Andy Bautista, awarded The Enterprise Center’s perpetual cup to over-all champions’ Pacific Strategies & Assessments, represented by Mr. Peter Troilo and Mr. Richard Jacobson. In close contention was 1st Runner Up winner Tellabs Philippines, Inc.’s Mr. Dion Asencio and Mr. Jesus Romero, who were trailed closely by 2nd Runner Up winners Verizon Communications represented by Mr. Exequiel Delgado and Mr. Boyet Del Rosario.

THE ENTERPRISE CENTER - An Events Venue

Due to the continuous request for art exhibits at The Enterprise Center, the building lobby areas and various alternative spaces have also become event venues for various activities. Corporate launches, cocktail parties, car exhibits, thematic events, promotional activities, weddings and debuts have become regular events at TEC.
