The Enterprise Center is owned and managed by KSA Realty Corporation, which combines the strength and resources of its renowned investors: Shang Properties, Inc., A. Soriano Corporation, and the ING Group.

In 2007, Shang Properties, Inc. acquired the shares of San Miguel Properties, Inc. (SMPI) in the KSA Realty Corporation, making it the majority owner of the Enterprise Center.

The purchase of the SMPI shares increased Shang Properties’ stake to 52.9 %.
